En este trabajo se han cubierto las siguientes etapas: 1. Estudio de diferentes modelos para la conducci\u00f3n, convecci\u00f3n y radiaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica en cuerpos simples de composici\u00f3n material homog\u00e9nea, aplicables a la transmisi\u00f3n de calor unidireccional, as\u00ed como su implementaci\u00f3n en matlab\/simulink. 2. Estudio de t\u00e9cnicas para el modelado hol\u00edstico (con un m\u00ednimo de 2 niveles) de cuerpos complejos de composici\u00f3n material heterog\u00e9nea, a partir de los modelos simples implementados previamente sobre matlab\/simulink, que incluya la transferencia calor\u00edfica multidireccional y la visualizaci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica tridimensional. 3. Estudio de los modelos el\u00e9ctricos y magn\u00e9ticos, aplicables tanto a baja como a alta frecuencia, de componentes activos y pasivos, as\u00ed como de los diferentes elementos de conexi\u00f3n de una placa de circuito impreso, pistas, \u00e1reas de soldadura, taladros metalizados, etc., Y su implementaci\u00f3n sobre el entorno matlab\/simulink. 4. Estudio de integraci\u00f3n entre aplicaciones software de simulaci\u00f3n que permitan una aproximaci\u00f3n al ideal de la simulaci\u00f3n multif\u00edsica concurrente de circuitos impresos. de forma general, todos estos estudios y las implementaciones software surgidas de ellos se han complementado con sus correspondientes an\u00e1lisis de validez, mediante ensayos f\u00edsicos y\/o simulados realizados sobre prototipos y\/o modelos que, a modo de probetas, han permitido contrastar los resultados de las pruebas originales realizadas sobre los modelos hol\u00edsticos desarrollados.
