En base a ello, el objetivo de esta tesis ha sido analizar si los factores solubles secretados por la linea celular 14f1.1 participan en la capacidad de estas para mantener celulas progenitoras hematopoyeticas. Este objetivo general se concreta en una serie de objetivos parciales:  1. Confirmar la capacidad de las celulas 14f1.1 de sustentar la hematopoyesis.  2. Analizar la contribucion de los factores solubles en esta capacidad.  3. Analizar las citoquinas producidas por las celulas 14f1.1.  4. Tras corroborar la existencia de nuevas moleculas producidas por estas celulas, se paso a poner a punto un bioensayo que permitiera detectarlas.  5.
