El fragmento formador de poros de la colicina a (pfcola) es un excelente modelo para estudiar la interacci\u00f3n l\u00edpido-prote\u00edna. Este dominio interacciona espont\u00e1neamente con bicapas lip\u00eddicas cargadas negativamente a valores de ph moderadamente bajos. Seg\u00fan el modelo mayoritariamente aceptado, la horquilla formada por las h\u00e9lices 8 y 9 de dicho dominio es transferida desde el interior de la prote\u00edna a la zona hidrof\u00f3bica de la membrana lip\u00eddica durante el proceso de inserci\u00f3n. sin embargo, para poder utilizar este modelo se hace necesaria una mejor caracterizaci\u00f3n de la forma insertada y de su mecanismo de inserci\u00f3n. los resultados obtenidos por resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear indican que la prote\u00edna en presencia de micelas de olpg tiene un mayor contenido en h\u00e9lice-\u00c2\u00bf. En concreto, dos de los lazos inter-h\u00e9lice, los que se encuentran entre las h\u00e9lices h2-h3 y h7-h8, adoptan conformaci\u00f3n helicoidal fundiendo estos dos pares de h\u00e9lices en dos m\u00e1s largas. mediante experimentos de desnaturalizaci\u00f3n con urea se han caracterizado los diferentes intermediarios del proceso de plegamiento. Sin embargo, es el desplegamiento global del dominio el paso limitante para la interacci\u00f3n con el l\u00edpido sin detectarse un papel importante en los
