Se propone explorar  la naturaleza de esta pr\u00e1ctica transmedial e indagar sobre las razones de su resurgimiento en la cartelera espa\u00f1ola de la primera d\u00e9cada del siglo xxi desde la perspectiva de otra \u00e9poca de su gran popularidad, ci\u00f1endo la investigaci\u00f3n al \u00e1mbito art\u00ed stico de la \u00c2\u00bfotra generaci\u00f3n del 27&#8243; y el estudio de dos casos concretos de trasvases del cine al teatro: la vida en un hilo, de egar neville (1959), y mi adorado juan, de miguel mihura (1956). El an\u00e1lisis comparativo de las versiones cinematogr\u00e1fica  y teatral de dichas obras se lleva a cabo en dos fases: primero, a trav\u00e9s de la confrontaci\u00f3n del gui\u00f3n con su plasmaci\u00f3n en la pantalla y, por consiguiente, realizando la comparaci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula con su correspondiente adaptaci\u00f3n esc\u00e9nica. De est e modo se construye una plataforma para la exploraci\u00f3n del fen\u00f3meno de adaptaci\u00f3n \u00c2\u00bfinversa\u00c2\u00bf que asimismo se revela como sin\u00f3nimo de flexibilidad
