Se determin\u00f3 el perfil ideal de este docente, con base en una revisi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica que permiti\u00f3 darle forma a un esquema estructural de competencias del docente especialista en dificultades de aprendizaje y las entrevistas a los expertos en el \u00e1rea, par crear un punto de rferencia y compararlo con el perfil real que reconoce el docente especialista en el aula, delo cual se derivan las necesidades de formaci\u00f3n de este grupo profesional.
