Se ha comprobado que, tanto en las condiciones utilizadas para la recuperacion de los esporos tratados como la naturaleza y propiedades del medio de calentamiento pueden modificar los tiempos de reduccion decimal obtenidos, mientras que los valores z no se vieron afectados.  de todos los factores estudiados, el ph del medio de calentamiento y el contenido en cloruro sodico, fueron los que mas
