Es analizada la implantaci\u00f3n de dos programas gubernamentales espec\u00edficos y se estudia\/eval\u00faa el impacto de las acciones estatales en el proceso de producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica en comunidades tradicionales y en grupos de j\u00f3venes artistas de clase media urbana del sur de brasil, que act\u00faan a partir de elementos de las artes tradicionales. La intenci\u00f3n fundamental consiste en realizar una contribuci\u00f3n para el esbozo y la implantaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para las artes tradicionales, ajustadas al contexto
