En c\u00e9lulas de levadura (saccharomyces cerevisiae), los cambios en la osmolaridad externa son detectados por la via de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de hog que organiza todo el programa de adaptaci\u00f3n celular, indispensable para asegurar la supervivencia celular en estr\u00e9s osm\u00f3tico. Aunque la gran mayor\u00eda de los componentes de la v\u00eda de hog han sido identificados, la din\u00e1mica del proceso de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n es a\u00fan desconocida. El objetivo de este proyecto de tesis ha sido analizar el comportamiento din\u00e1mico de la v\u00eda de hog. Gracias a la utilizaci\u00f3n de un alelo inhibible de la mapk hog1 y a la cuantificaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del proceso de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, hemos podido demostrar que en la v\u00eda de hog existe una intensa se\u00f1al basal reprimida constantemente per un feedback negativo dependiente de la mapk hog1.  esta tesis tambi\u00e9n tiene como a objetivo la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas estrategias de computaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica que permitan un incremento de la complejidad de los circuitos. Gracias a la bioingenier\u00eda de les v\u00edas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de levadura, hemos demostrado que la distribuci\u00f3n de la computaci\u00f3n en diferentes c\u00e9lulas conectadas entre ellas disminuye las limitaciones de conexi\u00f3n y permite incrementar la complexidad de los circuitos a bajo coste. en conjunto, nuestros resultados definen nuevas propiedades din\u00e1micas de la v\u00eda de hog i han sido importantes para tener una visi\u00f3n global mejorada del proceso de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n por v\u00edas de mapk. Adem\u00e1s, hemos dise\u00f1ado e implementado nuevas estrategias de computaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica que han resuelto problemas fundamentales del campo de la biolog\u00eda
