Actualmente, toneladas de frutas y hortalizas son tratadas con este compuesto, motivo por el cual residuos del mismo van a parar frecuentemente a los productos de consumo, generando un potencial riesgo para la seguridad alimentaria.  en el presente trabajo de tesis doctoral se han desarrollado t\u00e9cnicas inmunoqu\u00edmicas que permiten analizar azoxistrobin en complejas mezclas problema de forma sensible, selectiva, sencilla y r\u00e1pida, con un m\u00ednimo tratamiento de muestra y una elevada capacidad de muestreo, constituyendo as\u00ed una valiosa alternativa a los m\u00e9todos cromatogr\u00e1ficos cl\u00e1sicos.   se han obtenido anticuerpos policlonales y monoclonales de excelente afinidad por azoxistrobin sintetizando haptenos que mimetizan su estructura e incluyen un brazo espaciador en diversas posiciones de la mol\u00e9cula. El car\u00e1cter regioisom\u00e9rico de dichos haptenos ha permitido realizar un detallado estudio de la relaci\u00f3n entre la posici\u00f3n del brazo espaciador en los haptenos y las propiedades de los anticuerpos obtenidos.  por \u00faltimo, se han preparado conjugados con nanotubos de carbono capaces de amplificar la respuesta inmune hacia azoxistrobin y actuar sin necesidad de adyuvante,  simulando el tama\u00f1o y solubilidad de las bacterias.
