En segundo lugar, esta investigaci\u00f3n incluye un estudio del papel -historia, composici\u00f3n, fabricaci\u00f3n, degradaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n-. Posteriormente, se explican los materiales y m\u00e9todos para llevar a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n sobre consolidaci\u00f3n celul\u00f3sica con enzimas: papeles, sustancias, instrumentaci\u00f3n c\u00e1maras clim\u00e1ticas, ccd, microscopio electr\u00f3nico, etc.-, Preparaci\u00f3n de probetas y aplicaci\u00f3n de un nuevo m\u00e9todo para conocer la degradaci\u00f3n de materiales celul\u00f3sicos. Y para finalizar, las dos \u00faltimas partes de la investigaci\u00f3n describen el desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo de consolidaci\u00f3n de celulosa del papel, a partir de la s\u00edntesis de la celulosa con una enzima hidrol\u00edtica: la celulasa. \u00e9sta act\u00faa como una sintetasa, consolidando el papel envejecido de forma natural o artificial, cuando es mezclada en una soluci\u00f3n disolvente org\u00e1nico en un tamp\u00f3n, en la relaci\u00f3n (4:1) en presencia de un sustrato (\u00edY-celobiosa fluorada). Para mejorar el tratamiento se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 un gel con los reactivos necesarios, se tuvo m\u00e1ximo cuidado en las condiciones de trabajo temperatura, ph- y se estudi\u00f3 el protocolo m\u00e1s adecuado para no afectar a papeles con diferentes t\u00e9cnicas pict\u00f3ricas. Los resultados fueron positivos y se consigui\u00f3 la consolidaci\u00f3n del papel sin afectar la capa pict\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
