Lehen atalean, erreaktore honen diseinua eztabaidatu eta pirolisi azkarrerako aproposak diren operazio baldintzak betetzen dituen geometria aukeratu da. Aukeratutako erdiko hodiarekin operatuz, pirolisi erreakzioaren selektibitatean eragina duten aldagai nagusiak aztertu dira. Honetaz gain, tenperatura aldatuz gasaren dentsitatea eta biskositatea ezberdinak direnez, baldintza hauek ohantzearen ezaugarri hidrodinamiko nagusietan duten eragina ikertu da. erreaktorearen funtzionamendua aztertzeaz gain, solidoaren eta likidoaren bilketa urratsetan egindako hobekuntzak ere aztertu dira planta pilotuan. Solido bilketari dagokionez, bigarren zikloi bat diseinatu eta instalatu da lehen zikloiaren ostean. Lortutako emaitzak ohiko diseinu ekuazioak aurresaten dutenarekin konparatu dira. Likidoa biltzeko sisteman laino bereizle bat diseinatu eta instalatu da dorre garbigailu eta zuntzezko ohantzedun iragazkien tartean. Gainera, bibliografian erabiltzen diren hainbat diseinu ekuazio proposatu dira kondentsazio dorrearen lan baldintzak aukeratzeko. makalaren pirolisi azkarra burutu da planta pilotuan aukeratutako erdiko hodia eta operazio baldintzak erabiliz. Helburu nagusia produktuen etekina eta beraien balioztatze aukerak aztertzea izan da. Are gehiago, pirolisi erreaktorearen funtzionamendua aurresateko, bibliografian oinarritutako modeloa proposatu da.
