Varios autores definen el cyberbullying con las mismas caracter\u00edsticas que el bullying tradicional, aunque con ciertas consideraciones y nuevas caracter\u00edsticas aplicables exclusivamente al cyberbullying. M\u00e9todo: un total de 1.671 alumnos (48,65% chicas) de la provincia de c\u00f3rdoba (espa\u00f1a) fueron entrevistados para el estudio. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario daphne (genta et al., 2011). Se compone de varios cuestionarios, entre ellos: cuestionario de autoestima; escala de soledad de lovaina; escala de clima escolar y 38 preguntas sobre el acceso a las tic, bullying directo, indirecto, cyberbullying a trav\u00e9s del m\u00f3vil y a trav\u00e9s de internet. Resultados: relativamente pocas personas se han visto envueltas en cyberbullying en comparaci\u00f3n con el bullying tradicional (tanto directo como indirecto). Las variables sexo y edad en cyberbullying mostraron tendencias diferentes comparadas con el bullying. Las caracter\u00edsticas del cyberbullying a trav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil y a trav\u00e9s de  internet tambi\u00e9n son diferentes. En general, los espectadores puntuaron m\u00e1s alto en el clima escolar y autoestima y m\u00e1s bajo en la soledad que los otros roles. Se encontr\u00f3 una gran asociaci\u00f3n entre bullying y cyberbullying. Los diferentes modelos de regresi\u00f3n nos permitieron predecir la participaci\u00f3n en cada tipo de bullying sobre la base de la participaci\u00f3n, en el mismo rol, en los otros tipos de bullying, as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n en el mismo tipo de bullying en el rol contrario (v\u00edctima vs agresor). Conclusi\u00f3n: bullying y cyberbullying, a pesar de presentar algunas diferencias, tienen muchos elementos en com\u00fan.
