K. Novoselov) y el prof. Philip kim en las universidades de manchester y columbia, respectivamente, el grafeno se ha convertido en uno de los materiales m\u00e1s importantes que se han sintetizado en el campo de la f\u00edsica de materia condensada. La estructura de panal en dos dimensiones del grafeno da lugar a propiedades electr\u00f3nicas que son similares a las de part\u00edculas relativistas o de dirac y una alta movilidad de los electrones lo que permite el estudio de la f\u00edsica del grafeno en el r\u00e9gimen de hall cu\u00e1ntico. Adem\u00e1s, el camino libre medio en el grafeno puede alcanzar valores cercanos a la escala del micr\u00f3metro lo que se traduce en transporte bal\u00edstico incluso en muestras grandes de grafeno. Esta tesis estudia los diferentes fen\u00f3menos de spin que tienen lugar en el grafeno y sus derivados, como nanocintas de grafeno y nanotubos de carbono, generados por defectos puntuales y
