desarrollar nuevas estrategias de tratamiento de muestra para la determinaci\u00f3n de contaminantes org\u00e1nicos en matrices medioambientales, concretamente en aguas y suelos.  los objetivos metodol\u00f3gicos de este trabajo se centran en el estudio de las posibilidades anal\u00edticas de: &#8211;\tel acoplamiento de un generador de espacio de cabeza con un inyector de temperatura programada. &#8211;\tla utilizaci\u00f3n de reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n en medio acuoso para el aumento de la volatilidad de los analitos en estudio en el acoplamiento hs-gc. &#8211;\tel uso combinado de cromatograf\u00eda de gases r\u00e1pida con la introducci\u00f3n de muestra mediante el modo de inyecci\u00f3n con eliminaci\u00f3n del disolvente.  &#8211;\tla utilizaci\u00f3n combinada de la extracci\u00f3n por adsorci\u00f3n en barra agitadora (twister) con reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n in situ en muestras de agua y de suelos.  &#8211;\tla aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de pretratamiento de muestra quechers para la extracci\u00f3n de compuestos org\u00e1nicos clorados en muestras de suelos.  se han puesto a punto varios m\u00e9todos destinados a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas ambientales concretos: &#8211;\tdeterminaci\u00f3n de clorofenoles en muestras acuosas mediante el uso simult\u00e1neo de una reacci\u00f3n de derivatizaci\u00f3n in situ y un inyector de temperatura programada en el acoplamiento espacio de cabeza-cromatograf\u00eda de gases (hs-gc).  &#8211;\tdeterminaci\u00f3n de ibuprofeno en muestras acuosas mediante el acoplamiento hs-gc con un inyector de temperatura programada y reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n in situ.  &#8211;\tdeterminaci\u00f3n de parabenos, triclos\u00e1n y metil triclos\u00e1n en muestras acuosas y suelos, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n combinada de la extracci\u00f3n por adsorci\u00f3n en barra agitadora (sbse) y reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n in situ, y posterior an\u00e1lisis por cromatograf\u00eda de gases y espectrometr\u00eda de masas.  &#8211;\tdeterminaci\u00f3n de compuestos halogenados vol\u00e1tiles y clorobencenos en muestras de suelos mediante una versi\u00f3n modificada de
