El 40% de los tumores fue capaz de formar esferas in vitro sin existir asociaci\u00f3n alguna con los par\u00e1metros clinico-patol\u00f3gicos.  diversos estudios relacionan la expresi\u00f3n de los factores cr\u00edticos en pluripotencia oct4, nanog y sox2 con carcinog\u00e9nesis. A diferencia de lo ocurrido en las tinciones para oct4, nanog y \u00edY-catenina nuclear, el 16% de las muestras fueron positivas para sox2 (n=158). Observamos que exist\u00eda una correlaci\u00f3n entre sox2 y la sobreexpresi\u00f3n del oncogen her2 (score=3). Acorde al estadio tnm, los tumores sox2 positivos se clasificaron en los estadios m\u00e1s tempranos de la progresi\u00f3n tumoral. Cabe destacar que en las muestras que adem\u00e1s de tener componente infiltrante presentaron componente in situ, el porcentaje de c\u00e9lulas sox2 positivas fue significativamente mayor en el componente in situ que en el infiltrante, sugiriendo la presencia de sox2 en los estadios m\u00e1s tempranos del tumor. el estudio funcional de las cmts hasta el momento se realiza utilizando como modelo el rat\u00f3n, este proceso resulta costoso en cuanto a tiempo y dinero y t\u00e9cnicamente complejo. En este trabajo establecimos un modelo de xenotransplante en pez cebra; simple, r\u00e1pido y econ\u00f3mico. Se analiz\u00f3 la capacidad de formar masas celulares y de migrar en los peces xenotrasplantados, se vi\u00f3 que las c\u00e9lulas crecidas en esferas ten\u00edan mayor capacidad de migrar que la l\u00ednea parental. Estos resultados indican que el pez cebra puede ser un modelo funcional \u00fatil para un r\u00e1pido an\u00e1lisis de cmts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
