Se objetiv\u00f3 que el uso de dichos f\u00e1rmacos en pacientes con disminuyen la actividad propia de la enfermedad pero se acompa\u00f1a de un aumento de algunos acontecimientos adversos, los m\u00e1s frecuentes fueron las infecciones y las alteraciones hematol\u00f3gicas. La presencia del ep\u00edtopo compartido en los pacientes se asoci\u00f3 a mejor respuesta a infliximab. Los polimorfismos del gen vip rs688136 y padi rs2240340 estudiados tuvieron una asociaci\u00f3n moderada, aunque no estad\u00edsticamente significativa, en relaci\u00f3n con el uso de infliximab. Sin embargo, no encontramos asociaci\u00f3n entre el polimorfismo del gen mif y la respuesta a infliximab. este trabajo podr\u00e1 as\u00ed repercutir en poder facilitar que los cl\u00ednicos podamos optimizar el manejo terap\u00e9utico y minimizar el riesgo de aa a lo largo de la enfermedad.    the aim of this work was to describe the management of the anti-tnf biologic drugs, in rheumatoid aggressive arthritis patients. It is shown that these drugs decrease the illness activity but there was a increased of  infectious and hematological adverse effects. The presence of the shared epitope it was related to a better response to infliximab.  A  moderate association of the vasoactive intestinal peptide expression  of the gen vip  and gen padi  was described related to the treatment with infliximab.
