{"id":110862,"date":"2018-03-11T10:37:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudios-in-vitro-e-in-situ-de-la-permeabilidad-intestinal-de-farmacos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:37:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:37:09","slug":"estudios-in-vitro-e-in-situ-de-la-permeabilidad-intestinal-de-farmacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/absorcion-de-los-farmacos\/estudios-in-vitro-e-in-situ-de-la-permeabilidad-intestinal-de-farmacos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudios in vitro e in situ de la permeabilidad intestinal de farmacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> M\u00aa Amparo Centelles Sanguesa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los cultivos celulares han demostrado una excelente funcionalidad para predecir la permeaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la membrana intestinal de sustancias sujetas a procesos de difusi\u00f3n pasiva pero dicha capacidad predictiva empeora considerablemente si el xenobi\u00f3tico es susceptible de sufrir un proceso de absorci\u00f3n\/secreci\u00f3n mediada por un transportador.  el objetivo principal de este trabajo es evaluar la capacidad de las c\u00e9lulas caco-2 para predecir la permeabilidad intestinal cuando el compuesto evaluado es sustrato de la glicoprote\u00edna-p.  para ello se ha procedido a la caracterizaci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica del proceso de absorci\u00f3n de un grupo de sustancias modelo, sustratos de glicoprote\u00edna p de acuerdo con la bibliograf\u00eda, en dos sistemas experimentales, in vitro en c\u00e9lulas caco-2 e in situ en intestino de rata wistar. Asimismo se han realizado ensayos en presencia de un inhibidor de la glicoprote\u00edna-p con objeto de detectar\/identificar fen\u00f3menos de no linealidad atribuibles a un proceso de secreci\u00f3n intestinal mediado por dicho transportador.
