Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El desarrollo de esta memoria ha pretendido contribuir a la interpretaci\u00f3n del electroencefalograma con la aportaci\u00f3n de algunos avances en las nuevas t\u00e9cnicas no lineales que complementan el estudio cl\u00e1sico del eeg.  en primer lugar se ha propuesto un m\u00e9todo de muestreo de la se\u00f1al, y se han buscado par\u00e1metros de cuantificaci\u00f3n de la misma.  se ha encontrado una relaci\u00f3n entre descriptores normalizados de pendiente (que describen la se\u00f1al en los dominios espectral y temporal) y los coeficientes de fourier de la se\u00f1al. Se han hallado f\u00f3rmulas de cuadratura para dichos par\u00e1metros reconstruyendo la se\u00f1al previamente por splines c\u00fablicos de interpolaci\u00f3n. El m\u00e9todo se ha generalizado usando funciones diferenciables de interpolaci\u00f3n fractal c\u00fabica. En ambos casos se ha realizado una acotaci\u00f3n de los errores.  se han propuesto par\u00e1metros no lineales para cuantificar el eeg. Se ha ajustado la se\u00f1al usando funciones de interpolaci\u00f3n fractal af\u00edn para facilitar el c\u00e1lculo de la dimensi\u00f3n fractal del gr\u00e1fico del eeg y de la dimensi\u00f3n de correlaci\u00f3n.  la necesidad de interpretar los datos obtenidos de los distintos cuantificadores de la se\u00f1al eeg ha llevado a pensar en la construcci\u00f3n de mapas de distribuci\u00f3n de los mismos sobre la superficie cortical. Se propone en esta memoria una cartograf\u00eda cerebral usando splines de interpolaci\u00f3n de douchon.  el c\u00e1lculo de la densidad de corriente craneal ha permitido contribuir a la localizaci\u00f3n de fuentes corticales (focos epil\u00e9pticos).  los m\u00e9todos descritos en la memoria se han aplicado para estudiar un grupo de ni\u00f1os con un trastorno por atenci\u00f3n deficiente e hiperactividad, y se han comparado los resultados con los de un grupo de ni\u00f1os sanos.
