Estos nuevos antioxidantes lipof\u00edlicos ser\u00edan potencialmente biodisponibles en base a las evidencias cient\u00edficas obtenidas en modelos in vitro, contribuyendo positivamente a l a homeostasis del estado antioxidante celular, clave en el desarrollo de distintos procesos patol\u00f3gicos. A expensas de una posterior validaci\u00f3n en estudios in vivo, estas evidencias preliminares sustentan el inter\u00e9s de estos compuestos como potencial es ingredientes de alimentos
