Se determinan las necesidades de la comunidad en cuanto a su desarrollo diario marcado por el cumplimiento de una regla de observancia. Igualmente se definen las relaciones con el entorno cercano y los compromisos administrativos del monasterio con las sedes de las congregaciones de observancia. las caracter\u00edsticas de cada una de estas relaciones marca el car\u00e1cter del lugar en el cual se ubican las escaleras mon\u00e1sticas. el cap\u00edtulo espec\u00edfico escaleras, se dedica plenamente al estudio y an\u00e1lisis gr\u00e1fico de las escaleras dentro de los conjuntos mon\u00e1sticos gallegos. Los par\u00e1metros de estudio se centran en cinco apartados: la escalera seg\u00fan su funci\u00f3n, la escalera seg\u00fan su forma, la escalera seg\u00fan sus trazados reguladores, la escalera seg\u00fan su abovedamiento y la escalera seg\u00fan sus autores. en el cap\u00edtulo conclusiones se presentan a modo de conclusiones gr\u00e1ficas, los cuadros resumen en los que se muestra la
