A partir de aqu\u00ed y tras el estudio biliogr\u00e1fico, con base a los hallazgos del trabajo de campo, se ofrecen recomendaciones en un modelo a seguir para mejorar el marketing de estas instituciones. la tesis nos ofrece un recorrido hist\u00f3rico como base para entender la situaci\u00f3n de los museos en espa\u00f1a en la actualidad, con sus requerimientos de financiaci\u00f3n, lo que les obliga a conectar con sus p\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como las instituciones, organizaciones, empresas o mecenas particulares que los sustentan econ\u00f3micamente. para el trabajo de campo se han tenido en cuenta entrevistas en profundidad a un grupo reperesentativo de directores de museos, as\u00ed como encuestas a los visitantes de cara a obtener aquellos \u00edtems que \u00e9stos consideran imprescindibles para que la visita al museo les resulte satisfactoria. Del mismo modo, se ha obtenido informaci\u00f3n de los libros de visitas, de la propia esperiencia visitando museos o de cualquier otro medio que ofreciera informaci\u00f3n de las motivaciones de los
