La visi\u00f3n positivista es la que ha predominado en m\u00e9xico para la atenci\u00f3n del menor infractor lo que origina que se le conciba como un objeto a observar y no como un sujeto activo que participa enla construcci\u00f3n de su realidad, que tiene voz propia.
