Con relaci\u00f3n a la empresa receptora se observa la cultura de mercado, madurez en tecnolog\u00eda crm y madurez en procesos crm.  se realiza un estudio empirico por medio del empleo de un cuestionario online. Entonces, se obtiene una muestra de 208 respuestas de empresas que implantaron la soluci\u00f3n crm.   se valida las escalas con analisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio. por ultimo se realiza el contraste de hipotesis con tecnica estadistica de regresi\u00f3n multiple.  por ultimo, se presenta las conclusiones, implicaciones, futuras lineas de investigaci\u00f3n y limitaciones del
