Thaliana. Para llevar a cabo la ejecci\u00f3n de este objetivo han sido planteados los siguientes objetivos espec\u00edficos: 1. Identificar y clonar genees hom\u00f3logos a zmdip1 en a. Thaliana 2. Analizar las funciones de los candidatos seleccionados con la generaci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas transg\u00e9nicas de sobreexpresi\u00f3n y silenciamiento g\u00e9nico (rnai). 2. Estudiar la localizaci\u00f3n subcelular de los candidatos seleccionados y analizar la posible relocalizaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica en respuesta a estr\u00e9s abi\u00f3tico 4.
