Se concibe que las trayectorias laborales se constryuyen en base a los recursos que provienen de la relaci\u00f3n salarial, y que tienen como principales actores las pol\u00edticas sociolaborales y de la empresa. con esta aproximaci\u00f3n se considera que las trayectiorias laborales fordistas se han estabilizado en base a unos recursos col\u00c2\u00b7lectivos y relativamente homog\u00e9neos, especialmente para los hombres. Los cambios en el contexto, que tienen la flexibilidad y la activaci\u00f3n como motores, modifican la s din\u00e1micas de las trayectorias hacia mayores discontinudades y un mayor papel de recursos sociales, relacionales y comunitarios. para analizar estos fen\u00f3menos se ha realizadi un dise\u00f1o basado en una aproxiomaci\u00f3n multim\u00e9todo en tres fases: 1) an\u00e1lisis quantitativo longitudinal de los datos del panel de desigualdades de la fundaci\u00f3n jaume bofill (2001-2006); 2) estudio de caso en dos empresas dels ector servicios; 3) an\u00e1lisis biogr\u00e1fico de las
