Asimismo se demuestra por vez primera que  esta nueva generaci\u00f3n de biosensores puede ser utilizada como una poderosa herramienta de detecci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos y biomol\u00e9culas relacionadas en tiempo real. Dentro de la tesis se desarrollan y validan distintos biosensores para la detecci\u00f3n de 3 diferentes pat\u00f3genos y una biomol\u00e9cula de origen parasitario. Adicionalmente, en esta tesis se demuestra que el portafolio de aplicaciones de esta nueva generaci\u00f3n de biosensores basados en apt\u00e1meros puede ser ampliado y adaptado en funci\u00f3n de las
