A traves de este dise\u00f1o se ha pretendido que el fragmento uracilo-sustituido adopte diferentes posiciones espaciales dentro del surco menor, buscando asi facilitar su accion quimica sobre las bases del adn.  3.-La sintesis de estos hibridos se ha desarrollado siguiendo mecanicos que involucran la formacion de la subestructura constituida por la base pirim\u00eddinica y el espaciador polimetil\u00e9nico, la desformilaci\u00f3n de la distamicina-a, y por \u00faltimo, el acoplamiento de ambas estructuras mediante un enlace amidico.  4.-El analisis elemental y las diversas t\u00e9cnicas espectroc\u00f3picas empleadas(1h-rmn, 13c-rmn y em) han permitido determinar las estructuras de los veinticuatro compuestos finales (amf1-24) y los sesenta derivados intermedios obtenidos(amb1-24,ama1-24, amc19-24 y amd19-24). Los antecedentes bibliograficos sobre espectroscopicos de derivados de la distamicina-a resuelven los diferentes atomos de hidrogeno y carbono de la estrucutra distamicina de forma generalmente agrupada. en este trabajo se ha conseguido, mediante un estudio de los efectos noe y el desarrollo de tecnicas de resonancia bidimensional hmbc y hmqc, la resoluci\u00f3n de la practica totalidad de los diferentes atomos de las estructuras distamicinicas, lo que constituye una aportaci\u00f3n significativa y novedosa en este campo.  5.- El analisis conformacional computerizado ha permitido clasificar a los conformeros en dos familias diferentes denominadas inwardy outward, seg\u00fan muestren la unidad pirimidinica orientada, respect<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
