Las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas se han aplicado en cuatro electrolitos: agua desionizada, soluci\u00f3n salina 0,6 m, \u00ed\u00a0cido clorh\u00ed\u00acdrico 0,1 m y \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico 0,1 m. una de las aleaciones es de amplio uso comercial y de composici\u00f3n nominal 10%al 5%fe5 %ni resto cobre y la otra es una aleaci\u00f3n experimental de composici\u00f3n nominal 10%al 4%fe 8%ni resto cobre. se emplean, como t\u00e9cnicas auxiliares de la caracterizaci\u00f3n la microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica con el objeto de definir las distintas microstructuras, la microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido para determinar las estructuras y composicionbes aproximadas de las distintas fases en cada estado metal\u00fargico, as\u00ed como la composici\u00f3n de los productos de corrosi\u00f3n desprendidos de la superficie de la muestra, la microscop\u00eda confocal empleada para determinar la rugosidad superficial antes y despu\u00e9s de la corrosi\u00f3n forzada en agua salada, y la espectroscop\u00eda por fotones de rayos x para determinar la composici\u00f3n superficial de los productos de corrosi\u00f3n producidos. los mecanismos de corrosi\u00f3n fueron caracterizados mediante circuitos el\u00e9ctricos, segun la espectroscop\u00eda de impedancias, siendo el m\u00e1s aceptable el que contiene la impedancia de warburg, que implica mecanismos de transferencia de carga y de difusi\u00f3n de las especies reactivas.  la aleaci\u00f3n experimental presenta, tras los ensayos de polarizaci\u00f3n, mejor respuesta a la corrosi\u00f3n en agua de mar y \u00e1cido
