Las determinantes causales consideradas abarcan las dimensiones de tangibilidad, confiabilidad, comprensi\u00f3n, seguridad y empat\u00eda. en la continuaci\u00f3n de este trabajo sent\u00f3 en la consideraci\u00f3n la ventaja competitiva de las organizaciones y lo posicionamiento de la pol\u00edtica de orientaci\u00f3n al mercado como uno factor esencial de lo desarrollo de las organizaciones. el an\u00e1lisis es apoyada en el modelo de la percepci\u00f3n de los usuarios -s ervqual &#8211; y en la revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica, que explican el comportamiento de los intervinientes en todo lo proceso. Las profundas alteraciones en las organizaciones que son consecuencia de la globalizaci\u00f3n y de una mayor exigencia de calidad, hacen que el centro sea el  consumidor, por lo tanto es una componente fundamental de la gesti\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n. los resultados son discutidos bas\u00e1ndome en indicaciones provenientes del an\u00e1lisis del modelo y en investigaciones anteriores
