En una primera etapa, se han desarrollado nanopart\u00edculas de quitosano, en combinaci\u00f3n con \u00e1cido hialur\u00f3nico o con carboximetil-\u00edY-ciclodextrina, conteniendo la macromol\u00e9cula hidrof\u00edlica heparina, con la finalidad de comprobar su eficacia en el tratamiento del asma bronquial. Se demostr\u00f3 por microscop\u00eda confocal de fluorescencia que los nanosistemas eran internalizados por mastocitos de rata y, en el caso de los nanosistemas con ciclodextrinas, se consigui\u00f3 mejorar de manera significativa el efecto de la heparina sobre la inhibici\u00f3n de la liberaci\u00f3n de histamina en mastocitos. la segunda parte del trabajo se dirigi\u00f3 al dise\u00f1o de un nuevo nanosistema, consistente en nanoc\u00e1pulas de \u00e1cido hialur\u00f3nico, con el fin \u00faltimo de dirigirlo al tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n. Los nanosistemas incrementaron significativamente el efecto citot\u00f3xico del antitumoral hidrof\u00f3bico docetaxel, sobre la l\u00ednea celular de c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n nci-h460, hecho que se atribuy\u00f3 a la internalizaci\u00f3n de las nanoc\u00e1psulas y la liberaci\u00f3n intracelular del docetaxel. Estos resultados resaltan el enorme inter\u00e9s de los nanosistemas desarrollados para la liberaci\u00f3n intracelular de f\u00e1rmacos en el tratamiento de enfermedades
