La evoluci\u00f3n temporal local de la intensidad muestra una evoluci\u00f3n ca\u00f3tica. Un sistema de corte de pulso laser desarrollado por el grupo permite obtener im\u00e1genes cuassintantaneas de la distribucion transversa de intensidad. Se observa que el patron instantaneo es desordenado e irreproducible de disparo a disparo.  sin embargo, im\u00e1genes integradas en el tiempo del patron evidencian la existencia de un orden espacial que solo se manifiesta en el promedio, como sucede en otros sistemas formadores de patrones. Toda la din\u00e1mica se puede simular mediante un modelo basado en las ecuaciones de maxwell-bloch. otro estudio experimental en un laser is\u00f3tropo de co2 de bajo n\u00famero de fresnel permite observar una din\u00e1mica de competici\u00f3n de polarizaci\u00f3n.  la segunda parte del trabajo se centra en la din\u00e1mica del l\u00e1ser de colorantes. el estudio de la din\u00e1mica local revela la presencia de fluctuaciones de la intensidad local que no responden a efectos geom\u00e9tricos. Es estudio experimental permite relacionar este fenomeno con la dinamica de rotaci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de colorante en el seno del disolvente. Finalmente, se estudia la formaci\u00f3n instantanea de patrones del l\u00e1ser de colorante, observandose la presencia simultanea de estructuras espaciales de dos \u00f3rdenes de magnitud muy distintos. Tanto la dinamica temporal como la aparici\u00f3n de estas estructuras puede explicarse mediante un modelo basado en las ecuaciones de maxwell-bloch y la filamentacion de la
