Para ello, en primer lugar, se presenta un modelo para la integraci\u00f3n de distancias obtenidas por cualquier tipo de sensor de distancia de un robot m\u00f3vil que se aplica a la detecci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos especiales (p.Ej. Cristales y espejos) y a la clasificaci\u00f3n de sistemas de referencia utilizados en orientaci\u00f3n. En segundo lugar, se presenta un modelo que obtiene una descripci\u00f3n cualitativa de cualquier imagen digital bas\u00e1ndose en las propiedades de forma, color, topolog\u00eda y orientaci\u00f3n de los objetos que aparecen en la imagen. Dicha descripci\u00f3n cualitativa se traduce a l\u00f3gica descriptiva en una ontolog\u00eda que extrae conocimiento nuevo a partir de definiciones interpretadas por un razonador.
