En esta tesis, en primer lugar, abordamos esta cuesti\u00f3n de manera te\u00f3rica: a partir de resultados experimentales recientes, extendemos un modelo de toma de decisiones, que es un modelo con atractores realista desde el punto de vista biof\u00edsico, con el objetivo de explicar la elecci\u00f3n con alternativas m\u00faltiples y la reevaluaci\u00f3n de la elecci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, complementamos nuestro enfoque computacional con un experimento psicof\u00edsico, explorando c\u00f3mo los cambios de opini\u00f3n dependen del n\u00famero de alternativas. Nuestros resultados refuerzan la tesis de que existe una correspondencia general entre las redes de atractores y los procesos neuronales superiores. En particular, revelan  la importancia fisiol\u00f3gica de una bifurcaci\u00f3n que hasta ahora ha pasado inadvertida. Adem\u00e1s, sugieren la ventaja de representar las alternativas de elecci\u00f3n con m\u00faltiples neuronas, y la existencia de una correlaci\u00f3n negativa entre el tiempo de reacci\u00f3n y los cambios de opini\u00f3n, posiblemente regulada por el umbral de decisi\u00f3n. Finalmente, proporcionamos predicciones comprobables sobre las tasas de disparo neuronal durante los cambios de la opini\u00f3n y proponemos experimentos futuros para distinguir los modelos no
