Para ello, se han explorado los efectos de dichos compuestos in vitro y en c\u00e9lulas, empleando diver sas l\u00edneas celulares tumorales sensibles y resistentes al tratamiento con f\u00e1rmacos, as\u00ed como t\u00e9cnicas bioqu\u00edmicas y biof\u00edsicas cl\u00e1sicas. Dichos compuestos inducen el desensamblaje de los microt\u00fabulos al unirse con alta afinidad a la tubulina en el do minio de vinca, perturbando el estado de agregaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna, e impidiendo la formaci\u00f3n de los microt\u00fabulos.
