Sin embargo, desde que el ministerio de sanidad, pol\u00edtica social e igualdad presentara el plan de calidad para el sistema nacional de salud (2006) donde se enmarc\u00f3 el proyecto historia cl\u00ednica digital, diferentes grupos de trabajo han definido los informes del conjunto m\u00ednimo de datos, entre los que se incluye el informe de cuidados de enfermer\u00eda. Este informe recoge pues los datos m\u00ednimos del proceso de atenci\u00f3n de la enfermera que permitir\u00e1 construir una base de datos relacionada con los cuidados (conjunto m\u00ednimo b\u00e1sico de datos de enfermer\u00eda), facilitando a los gestores sanitarios la medici\u00f3n del impacto de los cuidados y su influencia en los resultados de salud. material y m\u00e9todos: en nuestra investigaci\u00f3n, tomando una muestra aleatoria de profesionales de enfermer\u00eda de los centros hospitalarios correspondientes a las nueve \u00e1reas de salud de la regi\u00f3n de murcia, se analizan las capacidades cient\u00edficas, las capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas, el nivel de conocimientos y el acceso a la formaci\u00f3n continuada que tienen las enfermeras sobre el contenido del informe de enfermer\u00eda al alta. conclusiones: los datos presentes muestran que es necesario una importante consolidaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y metodol\u00f3gica de las enfermeras hospitalarias m\u00e1s veteranas de la regi\u00f3n de murcia, en cuestiones de diagn\u00f3sticos nanda, intervenciones recogidas en los nic (nursing interventions classification) y medici\u00f3n de resultados enfermeros (noc: nursing outcomes classification) que les permita redactar el informe de enfermer\u00eda al alta, siendo la formaci\u00f3n continuada en este tema un punto clave a tener en cuenta por los gestores sanitarios del servicio murciano de salud. La repercusi\u00f3n directa que tiene el informe de enfermer\u00eda al alta en la medici\u00f3n del producto enfermero, en la calidad asistencial y en la seguridad del paciente, lo convierten en un documento imprescindible para la gesti\u00f3n de los cuidados. abstract introduction: the spanish nursing profession does not write any report widely to alta care nurse after the patient&apos;s hospital care will allow for continuity of care.
