Se trata de un estudio descriptivo transversal. Para ello, se aplic\u00f3 a una muestra (n= 221) un cuestionario sociodemogr\u00e1fico, una escala de fuentes de estr\u00e9s, el cuestionario de burnout de maslach (mbi), el cuestionario de afrontamiento del estr\u00e9s (cae), la escala de depresi\u00f3n de zung y la escala de autoestima de rosenberg. Tras la recopilaci\u00f3n de los datos, se procedi\u00f3 al an\u00e1lisis descriptivo (porcentajes y frecuencias) e inferencial (correlacional y contraste de medias). Del mismo modo, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un modelo predictivo a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis discriminante. Los resultados indican que variables como la conducta del alumnado, la burocracia o la sobrecarga de funciones se relacionan con altos niveles de estr\u00e9s y burnout en los profesores. De hecho, se encuentra que aproximadamente un tercio presenta niveles de agotamiento emocional considerados altos (32.6%), baja realizaci\u00f3n personal en el 39.1% y m\u00e1s de dos tercios niveles altos de despersonalizaci\u00f3n (71%). Estas conclusiones plantean la necesidad de una reflexi\u00f3n acerca de la situaci\u00f3n actual de los profesores y de las condiciones a las que se encuentran sometidos.  palabras clave: burnout, estr\u00e9s, profesor.          abstract of the thesis &quot;teacher stress. An analysis of stress factors for secondary teachers in murcia&quot;  the objective of this research was to study the stress and burnout in secondary school teachers who teach in public or subsidized or private schools in the municipality of murcia. This is a cross-sectional study. This was applied to a sample (n= 221) a demographic questionnaire, a scale of sources of stress, burnout questionnaire maslach (mbi), the stress coping questionnaire (cae), the zung depression scale and the rosenberg self-esteem scale. After collecting the data, we proceeded to the descriptive analysis (percentages and frequencies) and inferential (correlation and contrast of means). Similarly, we designed a predictive model through discriminant analysis. The results indicate that variables such as student behavior, bureaucracy or overhead functions related to high levels of stress and burnout in teachers. In fact, we find that a third are levels considered high emotional exhaustion (32.6%), almost half (39.1%) have low levels of personal achievement, and more than two thirds had high levels of depersonalization (71%).
