Gonzalo Juan Larruzea Roman <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio presenta un fundamento te\u00f3rico en el que se realiza un an\u00e1lisis del concepto de autonom\u00eda escolar, sus distintos enfoques y concepciones y se repasa, a trav\u00e9s de la legislaci\u00f3n y diferentes estudios y publicaciones, el estado de la misma en europa, en espa\u00f1a, en euskadi y en la propia escuela p\u00fablica vasca.La investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica de car\u00e1cter cualitativo, llevada a cabo a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas en profundidad y grupos de discusi\u00f3n con cualificados miembros del \u00e1mbito de la ense\u00f1anza vasca, permite ahondar en la situaci\u00f3n de la autonom\u00eda de los centros en la escuela p\u00fablica vasca, su grado de desarrollo, sus condiciones de posibilidad, sus l\u00edmites, sus obst\u00e1culos y potencialidades, todo ello concretado en la formulaci\u00f3n de 75 proposiciones.Finalmente, como corolario del estudio te\u00f3rico y de la investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica, se ofrece un conjunto de conclusiones y de propuestas de actuaci\u00f3n, para una mejor pol\u00edtica educativa en materia de autonom\u00eda escolar, siempre desde el prisma del
