Se preparan biosensores amperom\u00e9tricos basados en el empleo de un material h\u00ed brido de nanotubos de carbono y poli(3-metiltiofeno) para la determinaci\u00f3n de nitrito y de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico en muestras de vino, as\u00ed como utilizando materiales h\u00edbridos de nanotubos de carbono, poli(dialildimetilamonio) y nanopart\u00edculas de oro o magn\u00e9ti cas de magnetita para la determinaci\u00f3n de colesterol en suero humano. Adem\u00e1s, se dise\u00f1an y aplican inmunosensores amperom\u00e9tricos para la determinaci\u00f3n de testosterona en suero humano basados en el empleo de un material comp\u00f3sito de nanotubos de carbo no, nanopart\u00edculas de oro y tefl\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en el de micropart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas y electrodos serigrafiados de carbono. En todos los casos se estudia la influencia de las variables involucradas en la preparaci\u00f3n de los biosensores y en la detecci\u00f3n. Las superficies electr\u00f3dicas se caracterizan mediante t\u00e9cnicas microsc\u00f3picas y por voltamperometr\u00eda c\u00edclica. Se obtienen los calibrados, estableci\u00e9ndose sus caracter\u00edsticas anal\u00edticas y se aplican los biosensores enzim\u00e1ticos y los inmunosensores desa rrollados a la determinaci\u00f3n de especies de inter\u00e9s (nitrito, \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico, colesterol y testosterona) en muestras reales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
