Tambi\u00e9n se lleva a cabo la s\u00edntesis de los derivados los aductos [8+2] que pudieran interaccionar con el adn y posteriores experimentos de uni\u00f3n al adn de los compuestos sintetizados.\tPor otro lado, la segunda l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n consistir\u00e1 en la b\u00fasqueda de estrategias sint\u00e9ticas para la obtenci\u00f3n de un precursor de un inhibidor de hdac para su utilizaci\u00f3n en estudios de biodistribuci\u00f3n mediante t\u00e9cnicas basados en radioactividad, como son la de tomograf\u00eda por emisi\u00f3n de positrones y el m\u00e9todo de
