Esta tesis reflexiona sobre este tema a traves de la lectura y exposici\u00f3n de la obra de joseph de finance. En su pensamiento se articulan de un modo plenamente coherente y valioso los nucleos de esta reflexion: una primera preocupacon por la reflexion metafisica en cuanto tal, pero en segunda centrada en la preocupacion por explicitar las estructuras intimas del ser humano, del sujeto capaz de elaborar dicha metafisica, pero, sobre todo, en cuanto capaz de obrar conforme a las mismas o de negarse a vivir dicha capacidad. buscamos como la justitificacion mas adecuada del punto de partida de una reflexion moral exige integrar la \u00abprofundidad\u00bb del sujeto moral y la particularidad de su apertura a la totalidad de la realidad. El desarrollo de la tesis muestra el modo en que este autor propone la vinculacion entre la formalidad del valor moral y su exgencia de fundamento, con la dinamica del sujeto, una de sus contribuciones mas elaboradas y relevantes. De finance integra de un modo novedoso, original y enriquecedor la reflexion metafisica y la exigencia de fundamento ontologico de la etica, con la radical conciencia del sujeto humano de ser due\u00f1o de su accion y de su capacidad de decision y la experiencia subjetiva del valor. Existencia y libertad son para nosotros dos modos de percibir y de nombrar la realidad del ser.  de donde llega, como nucleo de la tesis, la explicacion de la accion moral, por medio de la articulacion de la metafisica de la subjetividad y de la accion ha sido explicado por de finance de un modo original que salva los peligros de la formalidad vacia de contenido por un lado, y por otro
