El corpus sobre el que se asienta la totalidad de la investigaci\u00f3n es de car\u00e1cter jur\u00eddico, concretamente se trata de seis pleitos criminales desarrollados bajo la justicia del marqu\u00e9s de los v\u00e9lez, en mula (murcia). Todos ellos son originales e in\u00e9ditos. El texto jur\u00eddico nos ha posibilitado acceder a intercambios orales, producidos entre sujetos hablantes reales, cuyas palabras son recogidas en los estilos directo e indirecto. Las huellas orales que se han recuperado proceden de hablantes de grupos sociales desfavorecidos, en su mayor\u00eda monoestilistas, lo que condiciona sus posibilidades de adaptaci\u00f3n ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica y acerca m\u00e1s sus manifestaciones a la inmediatez comunicativa. El estudio se ha centrado en el estado y evoluci\u00f3n de las f\u00f3rmulas de tratamiento -en el \u00e1mbito jur\u00eddico y oral-, en los aspectos fraseol\u00f3gicos y en la morfosintaxis coloquial.  palabras clave: oralidad, corpus, monoestilistas     abstract     the main aim of this study is to find examples of spoken language in texts written in the 17th century. The whole investigation is based on legal texts, to be precise on six criminal proceedings carried out by the justice of the marqu\u00e9s de los v\u00e9lez in mula (murcia). The texts are original and unpublished. These legal texts have provided us with examples of spoken language recorded in direct and reported speech. The speakers who uttered those sentences came from a disadvantaged background. Most of those speakers were monostylistic, which affects their linguistic adaptation and results in communicative immediacy. This study focuses on the state and evolution of the different ways used to address people &#8211; within the legal and oral realms &#8211; by analysing phraseological aspects and colloquial
