Para una completa caracterizaci\u00f3n de la refrigeraci\u00f3n, se ha desarrollado una t\u00e9cnica para medir el espesor de la pel\u00edcula formada por el spray sobre la superficie a refrigerar. Dicha t\u00e9cnica puede ser utilizada con generaci\u00f3n de calor, a diferencia de otras t\u00e9cnicas presentes en la bibliograf\u00eda. La t\u00e9cnica de obtenci\u00f3n del espesor de la pel\u00edcula se ha basado en su medici\u00f3n directa utilizando fotograf\u00edas tomadas a alta velocidad con una lente microsc\u00f3pica.  dentro de los experimentos realizados se ha llevado a cabo una caracterizaci\u00f3n del spray generado por las distintas boquillas empleadas. Para ello se ha utilizado un sistema de medici\u00f3n gsv capaz de medir el di\u00e1metro y la velocidad de las gotas. Adem\u00e1s se ha empleado una c\u00e1mara de alta velocidad para la medici\u00f3n del \u00e1ngulo del cono del spray. La caracterizaci\u00f3n del spray se ha realizado con tres l\u00edquidos distintos: agua, fc-72 y r134a, de los cuales los dos \u00faltimos poseen buenas propiedades diel\u00e9ctricas para ser utilizados en este tipo de aplicaciones.  se ha analizado y discutido la influencia en el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico y en el espesor de la pel\u00edcula de la variaci\u00f3n de distintos par\u00e1metros: el l\u00edquido atomizado, la rugosidad de la superficie a refrigerar, los par\u00e1metros que caracterizan al spray y el nivel de subenfriado.  se ha encontrado una correlaci\u00f3n entre las variaciones del comportamiento t\u00e9rmico y las del espesor de la pel\u00edcula a lo largo de la curva de ebullici\u00f3n del spray cooling que ha servido para identificar los distintos
