Desde esta perspectiva, nuestra labor se dispuso a prestar especial atenci\u00f3n sobre aquellas declaraciones pl\u00e1sticas relacionadas con el \u00e1mbito culinario y el soporte cer\u00e1mico. Para ello, abordamos una serie paradigmas  \u00c2\u00bf artistas, obras, acontecimientos y otros referentes como la nueva techn\u00e9 vinculada al registro del dise\u00f1o \u00c2\u00bf que representaban de manera significativa las nociones y los intereses a indagar: la relaci\u00f3n entre naturaleza y cultura, los estadios de lo crudo y lo cocido, el cuestionamiento de los par\u00e1metros funcionales en las formas contenedoras tradicionales de la cer\u00e1mica frente a los presupuestos morfo-l\u00f3gicos vigentes, el di\u00e1logo que se genera a trav\u00e9s de la (des)contextualizaci\u00f3n de los objetos, los valores est\u00e9ticos del producto manu-facturado frente al g\u00e9nero de fabricaci\u00f3n neoindustrial que se desarrolla en el plano creativo actual, el proceso y el discurso de las actividades disciplinares donde convergen lo cer\u00e1mico y lo culinario en el marco del arte postmoderno.El plato, como base de investigaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica, nos confiere un dispositivo, una herramienta, un soporte, el significante desde el cual \u00c2\u00bfarti-cular\u00c2\u00bf \u00c2\u00bf como efecto de la consciencia art\u00edstica
