Itziar elexpuru albizuri  el objetivo de esta investigaci\u00f3n ha sido comparar los valores de la organizaci\u00f3n proyecto hombre, a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de sus documentos fundacionales, con los de grupos de terapeutas que fueron formados en el modelo de an\u00e1lisis y desarrollo de valores hall-tonna, durante los a\u00f1os 2001 al 2006, analizando convergencias y discrepancias y elaborando una propuesta para su desarrollo. se trata de una investigaci\u00f3n cualitativa en la que el objeto de estudio est\u00e1 situado en su escenario natural. A la vista de los resultados podemos afirmar que el an\u00e1lisis de valores hall-tonna permite localizar los problemas, ofreciendo pautas para poder abordarlos de forma sistem\u00e1tica, de manera que se pueda mejorar el di\u00e1logo dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n. Esta es la utilidad organizativa del an\u00e1lisis de valores en las condiciones y contexto en el que se ha trabajado: la asociaci\u00f3n proyecto hombre. palabras-clave: valores &#8211; organizaci\u00f3n &#8211; investigaci\u00f3n cualitativa- an\u00e1lisis comparado. title: value analysis as a tool for an organization development: an experience in proyecto hombre. abstract: the aim of this research is to compare values held by the organization \u00c2\u00bfproyecto hombre\u00c2\u00bf by analysing its constitutional base documents with a group of therapists who were trained in the hall-tonna value system during the period of 2001 to 2006. The study seeks to analyse meeting points and deviations and thus to elaborate a proposal for \u00c2\u00bfproyecto hombre&apos;s\u00c2\u00bf further development. in qualitative research the object of the study is placed in its natural setting. Drawing from the conclusions, it can be argued that analyzing hall-tonna\u00c2\u00bfs value system allows locating problems and offers guidelines to deal with them systematically. As a consequence, an improvement can be achieved in terms of dialoguing within the organization.
