La espectrometr\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con atomizaci\u00f3n electrot\u00e9rmica (etaas), al trabajar de forma natural con microvol\u00famenes, resulta especialmente indicada para su acoplamiento a procesos de microextracci\u00f3n y dentro de \u00e9stos a  la denominada microextracci\u00f3n l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido dispersiva (dllme). En esta memoria se optimizan procedimientos anal\u00edticos para la determinaci\u00f3n y especiaci\u00f3n no cromatogr\u00e1fica de trazas de ars\u00e9nico y cromo en muestras de alimentos (alimentos infantiles, arroz, aceites comestibles) y otras de relevancia medioambiental. Se optimiza asimismo un procedimiento anal\u00edtico para la determinaci\u00f3n de trazas de cobalto y n\u00edquel por formaci\u00f3n in situ de un par i\u00f3nico, que es separado e introducido en el atomizador electrot\u00e9rmico.  palabras clave: microextracci\u00f3n dispersiva, ars\u00e9nico, cromo, cobalto, n\u00edquel, especiaci\u00f3n, alimentos, etaas.  summary: microextraction techniques allow the analytes to be separated in order to obtain a liquid phase suitable for measurement. In addition, the preconcentration effect inherent to microextraction results in a large improvement in the sensitivity of the analytical techniques. Electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (etaas), that uses microvolumes of sample, is particularly suitable to be coupled to microextraction processes, especially to dispersive liquid liquid microextraction (dllme). In this memory, analytical procedures for the non-chromatographic speciation of arsenic and chromium traces in foods (baby foods, rice, edible oils) and other samples with environmental relevance are optimized. On the other hand, a procedure for the determination of cobalt and nickel traces based in the in situ formation of an ionic liquid which is separated and introduced into the electrothermal atomizer is
