Además, describimos un nuevo método citométrico que permite estudiar la cinética de proliferación y apoptosis en cultivo mixto linfocitario y así confirmar los hallazgos detectados in vivo por citometría de flujo. summary: the main objective of this study is to deep in the knowledge of the immunological mechanisms implicated in the development of tolerance and rejection in liver transplant receptors. In this sense, they were analized the immunological factors of the receptor in the pre and post- transplants period, primary indication for liver transplant, genetic factors, sex , and immunosuppressive treatment. among the most relevant findings of this study include how the gene polymorphism of the receptor in those molecules involved in immune response (cd86, cd95) and cytokines such as il-6 and il-10 could condition the liver graft acceptance. Moreover, the levels in the pre-transplant period of certain soluble factors (cd86s and cd95ls) could influence in the liver transplant outcome. In addition, we described a new cytometric method that allow the study of the kinetics of proliferation and apoptosis in mixed lymphocyte cultures letting us to confirm those results obtained in vivo by flow cytometry methods.
