Despite this survival advantage, post-transplantation relapse rates are elevated due to inability of high-dose chemoradiotherapy to eradicate minimal residual disease.   several studies have showed that early reconstitution of immune system is associated with prolonged survival. This would have a protective effect against residual disease progression, analogous to the graft-versus-tumor effect in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.   the aim of this study is investigate the relationship between cells subsets of graft with early lymphocyte recovery and event free survival and global survival.   we found that cells involved in better survival are cd34+ stem cells, in particular cd34+cd133+dr+cd38low. We found no relationship between the different lymphocytes subsets, including expression of markers associated with role of nk (kir) and t cells, with survival.   the cells involved in early lymphocyte recovery were cd34+dr- stem cells, but its role in survival was minor.  el trasplante aut\u00f3logo de progenitores hematopoy\u00e9ticos mejora la supervivencia en pacientes linfoma. Sin embargo, las tasas de reca\u00edda son elevadas debido a la incapacidad de las altas dosis de quimioradioterapia de erradicar la enfermedad residual.  se ha demostrado que la reconstituci\u00f3n inmune temprana se asocia a una mejor supervivencia. La hip\u00f3tesis es que existir\u00eda un efecto protector contra la progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad residual (efecto injerto contra tumor).  el objetivo es investigar que subpoblaciones del injerto est\u00e1n implicadas en la recuperaci\u00f3n inmunol\u00f3gica precoz y si existe un beneficio sobre la supervivencia.  las c\u00e9lulas implicadas en una mejor supervivencia son las cd34+, en particular la subpoblaci\u00f3n cd34+cd133+dr+cd38bajo.
