Consideramos potenciales que permiten singularidades en el origen y con un cierto decaimiento en el infinito. Para ello utilizamos la integraci\u00f3n por partes y el m\u00e9todo del multiplicador bas\u00e1ndonos en los introducidos por morawetz.Para distintos tipos de potenciales, probamos que existe una \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n de helmholtz electromagn\u00e9tica tal que satisface una cierta condici\u00f3n de radiaci\u00f3n de sommerfeld y algunas estimaciones a-priori.
