Los objetivos de este trabajo eran determinar la presencia de des en sedimentos e investigar la posible exposici\u00f3n y efectos de los des en el estuario de la reserva de la biosfera de urdaibai (gernika) en comparaci\u00f3n con el puerto deportivo de arriluze, situado en el estuario de abra. En sedimentos, no se detectaron hormonas estrog\u00e9nicas y los niveles de bisfenol a fueron muy bajos. En gernika los niveles de compuestos organoest\u00e1nicos fueron muy bajos, mientras que en arriluze se cuantificaron niveles de hasta 12 \u00c2\u00b5g\/g. Se detectaron niveles moderados de alquilfenoles (aps), especialmente de nonilfenol (np). Estos niveles mostraron un decrecimiento a lo largo del tiempo. Se observaron niveles de hasta 8 \u00c2\u00b5g\/g de ftalatos en sedimentos. En peces se detect\u00f3 una elevada preValencia de g\u00f3nadas intersex y niveles elevados de vtg tanto en hembras como en peces no diferenciados, machos y peces con g\u00f3nadas intersex, adem\u00e1s se detectaron elevados niveles de aps en bilis de pez. Los niveles de aromatasa cyp19 no mostraron diferencias entre estaciones del a\u00f1o, ni entre sexos.
