criminal investigation of traffic accidents in the city of seville this is an epidemiological study to know the circumstances in which accidents occur in urban traffic, analyzing traffic accidents 6798 seville during the period 2008 to 2009, analyzing the different variables involved in the same order to characterize the factors involved and the ability we have to change them. an analysis in this area allows us the knowledge of reality influencing road accidents, so we believe as a priority the completion comprehensive road safety plan, which currently lacks seville, which should include aspects with user behavior, vehicle characteristics, improving the road network and traffic management, safety in transportation of goods and passengers and assistance to victims.  se trata de un estudio epidemiol\u00f3gico para conocer las circunstancias en las que se producen los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico en el entorno urbano, analizando 6798 accidentes de tr\u00e1fico de sevilla durante el periodo 2008 y 2009, analizando sus distintas variables intervinientes en el mismo para poder caracterizar los factores que intervienen y la capacidad que tenemos para modificarlas.  un an\u00e1lisis en este \u00e1mbito nos permite el conocimiento de la realidad que influyen en los accidentes de tr\u00e1fico, por lo que creemos como prioritario la realizaci\u00f3n un plan integral de seguridad vial, del que carece actualmente sevilla, en el que se han de incluir aspectos relacionados con la conducta de los usuarios, las caracter\u00edsticas de los veh\u00edculos, la mejora de la red vial y gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico, la  seguridad en el transporte de mercanc\u00edas y viajeros y la asistencia a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
